Palmat By Practk - The Review

As I promised in this post, after posting my first impressions I' now ready to give you the full review of the Palmat by Practk.
For those who don't know what I'm talking about, here is the presentation post.

Very briefly it is a multi-purpose glove for cleaning brushes, designed by the same minds of the brand Sigma, which is one of the leaders in the beauty world regarding makeup products, cleaning brushes and tools.
In the previous post I told you that I had already tried, once, the Palmat for a quick cleanse of my brushes, and the first impression was that yes, it works, great as a glove and I definitely can feel a difference in my brushes. But ... unfortunately on my sink  the suction, which should allow us to use Palmat as a mat, was not the best: in fact, after a bit of water intake, the suction kept getting lower and I was forced to manually carry the Palmat if I wanted to use it as a floor mat.
One of you, Sara Sara Makeup 1995 (thank you very much)  suggested me that it might be a flaw in my Palmat, but unfortunately it does not. The problem is in my sink apparently, that is too shiny and smooth. To wash all the brushes using Palmat as a mat I should secure it in an area that does not take water.

But you'll see from the video that it was pretty difficult and water took it anyway.

**For the video please go back to the original post**

I admit that the problem exists only with facial brushes, especially those more dense as round ones and flatbuki, and not with less dense brushes as eye brushes.
This is probably due to the fact that in a very dense brush the product tends to penetrate deeper inside, there is more surface to be washed, and it should rub more vigorously. So I want to be confident that this is the problem.
A roblem that is easily solved by
washing those denser  brushes using Palmat as a glove.
You will see in the video that the first brush, the more dense, I cleaned that way: rough cleaning before on the mat, and then with the glove version. In the end it was spotless and perfectly white.

For me,that I own many brushes, it's not exactly the best method having to change among mat and glove, but I must also admit that the sacrifice is paid off by the time you use to wash all the brushes, which has fallen from 45 minutes to less than 30, and in drying times.

Passing the brushes after washing on the
REFINE side is a great deal because the excess water is eliminated, and then when I go to give a squeeze with my hands, just in case, the brush really loses little bit of water.
If before the brushes took a good part of the morning and night to dry, now even the denser ones are perfectly dry in about 6 hours.
Which for me it is a plus, since I used to wash all my brushes together. In this way, the next day I can reuse them all, I must not stand to think of not contaminate too much to have a couple of reserves while the others are out to dry. For me it is a nice convenience.

It was a "perhaps" in the beginning, since the inconvenience with the mat, but now it is a  99% yes.

The advantages for me are more than the defects, I know  the product is not flawed, but it's my problem and my treatise sink, and I also know that the problem is limited to the use of the mat with very dense brushes. That is just one of the ways that you can use the Palmat.

For these reasons I believe the Palmat deserves a try.

You will definitely see the results!

10$ is not an excessive price, you have to add shipping, that's true, but you gain a lot in the washing and drying times, cleaning and even in terms of life of the brushes.

I remind you at this point that  you can buy the Palmat -for now- only here, on the official website Practk, for 9,95$.
